The team at FSP has over 15 years of industry experience. Our core business is painting but with many of our customers also requiring plasterboard stopping, fixing, and even minor building repairs we offer a complete service.

Troy Howell
Troy HowellGeneral Manager
Troy has been in the industry for over twenty two years. He started out on the tools then progressed through paint sales to retail management and technical which means he has gained a vast array of experience.

For the last 20 years, aside from being General Manager, Troy has successfully project managed a wide array of painting contracts making him a true specialist in the field!

Troy spends his weekends enjoying time with his family, camping and having dinner with friends.

Ansie de Wet

Behind every good business is an efficient office administrator.

Ansie ensures the smooth running of our office, makes sure everybody is paid on time, handles all accounts and general offices enquiries and is always happy to help with any details you may require!

On the weekends Ansie enjoys to be out in the fresh air and sunshine whether going for a ride on her bike, tramping or simply relaxing with a good book in the garden.

Andrew Armstrong
Andrew ArmstrongQS/BDM
Andrew has a NZDip in project Management & Quantity Surveying. He has worked for several large companies where he dealt with all aspects from job management, quantity surveying, contracts, IT management & business development. Prior to FSP Andrew worked as a Project Manager utilising FSP services and when an opportunity came up for a QS he joined our team.

Andrew enjoys time with his young family and trips out on the boat or flying.”

Nigel Bish
Nigel BishProject Manager
After a stint of three years OE in the UK doing professional bike racing, Nigel returned to New Zealand to be a painting contractor for 3 years. Nigel then joined the earlier FSP team as an ops manager and to carry out maintenance work.

In 2008 Nigel was asked to establish and manage the first Paint Plus retail store in New Zealand to which he looked after for 6 years before returning to the FSP team as a Project Manager.

Outside of work, Nigel enjoys yachting, power sports, and motor racing.
